London Tech Execs #16 - Building Enterprise AI with MCP

London Tech Execs #16 - Building Enterprise AI with MCP

24 September 2026·17:30
Prism Digital - 109 Borough High Street, London SE1 1NL

AI agents are moving quickly from experimentation to real business use cases. But connecting them safely and effectively to the systems inside an organisation introduces a new set of challenges.

As adoption grows, leaders need to think beyond individual pilots: How should agents access APIs? How do we protect sensitive data and IP? Who runs the AI infrastructure? And, ultimately, how do we turn this new capability into measurable business value?

This roundtable brings together technology leaders to share what they’re seeing in practice, where the biggest challenges are emerging, and what it takes to move enterprise AI from experimentation into production.

We'll cover:

1. Which AI use cases are already delivering measurable business outcomes?

2. How are you connecting AI to your enterprise systems today?

3. How do you know your AI is safe, effective and behaving as intended?

4. How are you organising your teams for enterprise AI?

5. What do you expect your enterprise AI architecture to look like in three years?
